Yayasan Proton Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian who is pursuing Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical/Marketing/ Accounting degree programmes
- Students with academic excellence
- must have CGPA 3.5 and above
- possesses strong leadership traits and good communication skills/proficient in English
- active in extra-curricular activities
- Students from eligible family
- CGPA 3 and above
- Household income not more than RM1,500 per month (attached salary slip)
- Students/Children of PROTON employee
- with CGPA 3 and above
- Staff that has been serving PROTON for a minimum of 3 years
- Students must possess excellent SPM results including distinction in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics
- Not presently holding other scholarships/loans (including PTPTN)
Amount Of Award & Duration
- Full academic fees, subsistence, book and accommodation allowances
- Final selection of students will be based on interview, participation in extra curricular activities and SPM/STPM/Matriculation examination results
- Students will be bonded to the company and must be ready/willing to serve PROTON for a specified period after graduation
