MNRB Holdings Berhad
Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian who is pursuing a Full-Time Matriculation, Diploma, First Degree at local institution
- Currently pursuing Accounting/ Marketing/ Engineering degree programmes
- Below 23 years of age
- Obtained at least grade 2A for a minimum of 6 subjects inclusive English, Mathematics and Science for SPM OR 3As and
- passed the General Paper for STPM OR CGPA of a least 3.5 for Diploma or Matriculation
- Produce a 1-page short essay describing reasons for applying the scholarship, benefit from the course of study including
- education and career plans
- Preference will be given for those active in extra co-curricular activities
- Not presently holding other scholarships/loans (including PTPTN)
- Employees working in the local insurance/takaful industry or their children are encouraged to apply
Amount Of Award & Duration
- A maximum of RM8,000 per annum for students pursuing studies at private universities
- Allowance of RM4,000 per year for local Matriculation or Diploma courses and RM6,000 per year for First Degree
- A bond is attached to the scholarship, where the recipient may be required to serve any of the companies within the Group as
- designated by the Trustees of the MNRB Scholarship Fund
