CSM Scholar

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1. Malaysian Citizen
  • 2. Full time enrolled student in Foundation or Degree programmes at Curtin Sarawak
  • 3. (a) Excellent SPM or GCE O' Level results with 7A's and above or equivalent

(b) Excellent GCE A' Level results with 2B's or equivalent, CWA Foundation 80% and above or UEC with 2A's and 2B's, STPM 2 As & 2 Bs
    OR
    (c) Current CSM students must have latest CWA 80% or CGPA 3 and above
4. Active involvement 
5. Family financial background
6. Not presently holding other scholarships/loans (including PTPTN)
7. Committee may choose to make an offer to second semester students with CWA 80% and above

 

Amount Of Award & Duration

  • 100% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study
  • 50% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study
  • 25% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study

Offer / Closing Date / Other Remarks

  • Offered twice a year during the semester.
  • Closing date: After 7 days SPM result released and 23rd July 2010.
    If the dates fall on the weekend then the next working day is the due date.
  • Must reach Loan & Scholarship Department, Office of the Registrar by the date stated above.
