Welcome to the homepage of the Industrial & External Relations Committee of the School of Engineering & Science. This committee is dedicated to steering and implementing the school's policies on industrial and external relations.
The School of Engineering and Science is keen to maintain strong links with industry and to promote joint
collaborations between industry and academia. However, aware of its commitment to the community it serves; the school also actively encourages staff and students to engage in community projects, which may not necessarily be academic in nature.
Curtin recently held its ten-year celebrations. The school hopes to continue serving the community and industry, not only in Miri, but also the wider region. To achieve this, we welcome collaborations in research and development, consultancy and community services, but to name a few.
