Trouble Ticket Express
TTX is the application behind Curtin's central online web form help request. This system allows schools and departments to track user service requests. Creating a service ticket is now as easy as submitting a web form and the TTX assigns a unique number to each service request and saves it in a database to be reviewed at any time. Each service ticket will have attributes showing who is responsible and what the current status of the ticket.The objective of ticketing system is to ensure that standardized methods and techniques are used for efficient and prompt handling of IT requests.
