The goal of ICT Department is to provide innovative, customer-focused and robust foundations for information, communication and technology solutions to enable the university community to pursue excellence in research, teaching and learning in order to enhance student experience. ICT seeks to establish trust with customers through professionalism, high quality customer service and commitment to teamwork to achieve the university strategic plan and goals.
ICT Department comprises of 4 main teams, namely:
- Application Team
- Maintenance and Support Team
- Operations Team
- Technical/Desktop Support Team
In addition, there is an administration unit that supports Curtin Sarawak Malaysia ICT Department daily operations with the administrative tasks.
