The ICT Helpdesk is the campus's first contact point for ICT questions and issues, handling phone calls, emails and walk-in requests for services and support.

  1. At campus you can call extension 3988/3989.(8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri excluding public holidays)

  3. On campus you can visit the Helpdesk in ICT Centre (next to the Learning Centre Building)
