Curtin Village
Curtin Village is situated about 5 minutes drive from Campus. It has 24 units of 5 bedrooms semi-detached houses. The Village is designed with the following features:

1. Entire perimeter of the Village is fenced with 24 hour security service.

2. Free shuttle service to and from the University.

3. Apartment style living for six individuals with five bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens, a living and a dining room.

4. Each house is fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, study tables & chairs, dining table & chairs, living room furniture, TV, cooking stove, refrigerator and air-conditioning.

5. Each unit has a two-car garage and security grill for all windows and external doors.

6. Rental charges are inclusive of the cost of electricity and water up to a maximum of RM50 per month per resident. Students will pay for any excess above this amount.
Rent & Fees Chargeable
An administration fee of RM20 will be charged for accommodation arrangements and students are required to pay a refundable deposit equivalent to two months’ rental. Students are also required to pay one semester’s rent – depending on tenancy period - in advance.

Tenancy periods per semester are as follows:
Undergraduate & Foundation – 5 months
Diploma – 4 months
Intensive English Programme – 3 months
Other Terms
Residents are responsible for the cleaning of each house. All University Accommodation’s Rules & Regulations apply to Curtin Village. |
