Apartment style living for 6 residents each with 5 bedrooms, three baths, kitchen, living and a
dining room area.
The entire perimeter of the village is fenced off and is monitored by a 24-hour security service.
Security grilles protect all house windows.
Each house is fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, study tables and chairs, dining table and
chairs, living room furniture, television, cooking stove, refrigerator and air-conditioning.
Each house has a two-car garage. A parking fee of RM 125.00 (Foundation, degree, postgraduate & diploma) or RM90.00 (IEP) per car is applicable. Residents will also need an access card that
can be obtained with a refundable RM50.00 deposit.
Rental is inclusive of the cost of electricity and water charges up to a maximum of RM50.00 per
resident per month. Residents are required to pay for any excess above this amount.
The village is a short walk from supermarkets, retail stores, quality cafés and restaurants.
Residents can travel to and from the University on the free Curtin Shuttle Bus service.
Student‘s Liabilities and Undertaking for the use of the room.
Residents are responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of each house. The University Accommodation’s Rules & Regulations apply to Curtin Village.
