Terms and Conditions
  • Read and understand the Curtin Housing Rules & Regulations before submitting an application.
  • Processing Fee RM 20.00. Fees paid are non-refundable. You must pay processing fee before the application can be processed. Click Here for processing fee payment option.
  • Allocation of rooms is strictly on first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
  • FULL rental fee are to be paid before check in to the allocated room.
  • In the event a student fails to stay the full semester or term, the full rental will be forfeited.
  • Accommodation is not guaranteed for the duration of your course. If you intent to continue your tenancy, you will need to apply for it.
  • Students who cancel their stay will be subjected to a cancellation fee
  • Students who breach housing Rules & Regulations and Tenancy Agreement may have their stay terminated.
  • Students barred from accommodation (i.e. disciplinary issues or outstanding fees) will not be eligible to apply/renew for any on campus accommodation.
