Application for Admission
This online form is for Malaysian Students only.
For International / Postgraduate Students please download and print the application for Admission form here.
Applicants must posses necessary English (see minimum entry requirement), and academic qualifications (see minimum entry requirement) such as SPM, O level, STPM, A level or UEC result.
About the Online Form
You must attach certified copies of your scanned/electronic documents. There is a size limit of 5MB for your attachment. For larger files, you may either mail or fax the documents to us. Curtin Sarawak Malaysia will not be able to process applications without supporting documents.
You will not be able to submit the online form with missing information and no attachment.
Process time for online applications is 2~3 working days.
