Graduation

Congratulations on the successful completion of your programme!

The 2010 Curtin Graduation Ceremony will be held at the Recreation Building, Curtin University of Technology, Sarawak Campus, on Saturday, 24 April 2010, 6.30pm. Students who have completed their programmes at the end of Semester One or Semester Two 2009 and met all requirements to graduate are invited to attend this Graduation Ceremony.

All Graduands must complete the attached Graduation Response Form and return it to the Student Services Office by Tuesday, 30 March 2010.  Late return of forms may prevent Graduands from attending the graduation. Due to the large numbers of Graduands and limited number of seats available, each Graduand is entitled to two (2) guests only at the Ceremony.  Tickets and regalia are to be collected at the same time and place (see Regalia Hiring Form attached).

ACADEMIC REGALIA

Graduands must come dressed with smart attire for the graduation ceremony.  Students attending the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear academic regalia. The Curtin Alumni, Miri Chapter, will organise the rental of the academic regalia on Friday, the 23 April 2010 between 9.30 am to 3.00 pm at the Alumni Office at the Bus Terminal (next to RHB ATM Room/ Student Council Room) and return the hired item(s) in good order on Saturday, 24 April 2010 right after the ceremony at LTBS 1.  Please complete and return the Regalia Hiring Form as enclosed.

Typhoon Studio will provide a photography service before the Ceremony.  Please complete and return the Photograph Ordering Form enclosed if you wish to use the service.
