Closing date to submit Intention to Graduate forms directly to the Student Services Office.
This is NOT your graduation registration.

4 July 2012

Exam results posted on OASIS by 5.00pm Wednesday.

5 July 2012

An official Graduation Invitation will be sent via OASIS to all graduating students with details on how to either register for a ceremony or receive award by mail or collect in person from the Graduations office. No invitation will be sent to mailing addresses.

27 July 2012

Final date for course completion to be approved by Schools.
Final date for Schools to submit honours and distinctions to the Graduations Office.

14 August 2012

Deadline for students to advise the Graduations Office of any changes to formal name.
You are required to change your formal name in your OASIS.
Deadline for students
to update preferred mailing address in e-Student.

17 August 2012

University Conferral Date for Semester 1, 2012 graduates.

20 August 2012

A Registration Confirmation will be sent via OASIS to all graduating students who have registered by the deadline. No confirmation will be sent to mailing addresses.

31 October 2012

Graduations Office will start to send awards to those Graduates who have registered to have their award mailed.

1 March 2013

An invitation package will be sent to all graduate via OCC.
Package includes:

  1. Invitation Letter
  2. RSVP Form
  3. Regalia Hiring Form
  4. Photography Ordering Form
  5. Graduate Survey Form
  6. Alumni Dinner Invitation

All the forms must be returned to Student Services and Alumni Office by the stipulated deadline in the forms.

21 November 2012

Exam results posted on OASIS by 5.00pm Wednesday.

From 22 November 2012

An official Graduation Invitation will be sent via OASIS to all graduating students with details on how to either register for a ceremony or receive award by mail or collect in person from the Graduations office.

17 December 2012

Final date for course completion to be approved by Schools.
If course requirements are NOT met by this date, i.e. pending work experience & First Aid results, the student will NOT be eligible to attend the ceremony.
Students sitting for summer/supplementary/deferred will be advised of their eligibility.

9 January 2013

Deadline for students and schools to advise the Graduations Office of any changes to formal name.
Deadline for students
to update preferred mailing address in e-Student.

11 January 2013

University Conferral Date for Semester 2, 2012 graduates.

14 January 2013

Graduation Invitation OC will be sent via OASIS to all students who have registered for Curtin Sarawak ceremony.
No invitation will be sent to mailing addresses.

22 March 2013

Deadline to submit confirmation to attend Curtin Sarawak ceremony.

From 29 March 2013

Award Certificate/Academic Transcript/Graduation Statement mailed/couriered for Semester 2 2012 graduates.
Awards not collected within 6 weeks of this date will be subject to a retrieval fee.
Note: Graduates attending a ceremony will receive their Academic Transcript and Graduation Statement with their Award at the ceremony.
