Examination Timetable
A draft examination timetable will be published by the University Examinations Office 6 weeks prior to the examination period.
Students have 1 week to provide feedback to their Schools/Divisions, if necessary.
A final timetable is published 4 weeks prior to the examination period. The final timetable with venue allocations designated by the students surname will be published approximately 2 weeks before the exams.
Students will not be notified directly of the examination timetable. Each student must consult the timetable for each examination period.
Staff are not responsible for providing individual advice to students on examination times and venues.
Students who fail to attend an examination because they misread the timetable or accept incorrect information on the timetable from another person, are not entitled to sit the examination at another time, and are not entitled to any other concession.
Students MUST be available for all their examination during the entire two weeks examination period. Queries concerning Examinations can be directed to the Examinations Office at building GP401, ground floor or email examinations@curtin.edu.my.

Degree programmes students can check the draft exam timetable through Curtin Sarawak website or Perth campus website/OASIS 6 weeks before the exam. The final timetable will be published 4 weeks before the final examinations.
Foundation programmes students check the draft and final timetable on the Curtin Sarawak website or the Examination noticeboard (outside Student Services). Any clashes that need to be rectified must be brought to the attention of Examination Office through a "Clash Form" within 2 weeks of the publication of the draft timetable.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) students will be informed of the examination period during the lecture of each unit. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure he/she has the correct dates and times for the examination of units in which he/she is enrolled. Students are required to be available for all examination times during the entire two-week examination period. Queries concerning Examinations can be directed to the Examinations Office at building GP401, ground floor, or 085-443868.
Students with Examination Clashes (3 Examinations in one Calendar Day or 2 examinations at the same date and time) must submit their request to the Examinations Office at least 2 weeks before the examinations to arrange for an alternative time.
Students must produce their Curtin Student ID card at all examinations
Examination results will only be available through OASIS.
