Examination Results

Results will be published about three weeks after the examination period has ended.

OASIS - BACHELOR DEGREE AND MASTER DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Your results will only appear with your Perth ID number and your password. Always be reminded to keep your password confidential.

If you are having trouble logging into your account, refer to OASIS Login Troubleshooter or contact OASIS Central for support from the website.

CURTIN SARAWAK WEBSITE - FOUNDATION PROGRAMMES
Your results will only appear with your ID numbers and your I.C or Passport number. Always be reminded to keep your ID/ I.C. / passport no. and password confidential.

Transcript

A Statement of Results (transcript) will be issued to every enrolled student following the processing of the semester results. The following information is included on the transcript:

• - Student name, address and Student ID number
• - Date of Issue
• - Course code and title
• - Grade and mark achieved for each unit (or "Pass Fail" for any unit classified by the relevant Board of Study as a "Pass/Fail" unit)
• - Total credits
• - Academic status

Students are requested to collect their semester result statement within the first 4 weeks of the following semester from the Student Services Department during office hours. Should you be unable to collect in person, a representative will be allowed to collect the

Semester Result Statement on your behalf, provided an appropriate letter of authorization is produced.

After the fourth week of the new semester, uncollected semester result statement will be sent to your permanent address in the University record system. It is your responsibility to inform the university of any changes to your address. The University is not responsible for any

lost of mail. Any request for reprint of result statement will be subject to charges as determined by the University.

You may request for reprint or photocopy of your result statement by fill in and submit the online Transcript Request Form now.

Academic Transcript

The official University record of a student's results printed on official University transcript paper. The academic transcript is only available from Curtin Bentley (for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs). A full complimentary Academic Transcript will be sent to all

graduating students following the conferral of their degree by Council, which occurs in February and September each year. The conferral date and the award number will appear on the transcript from this date. Any transcript obtained prior to conferral will not contain this information.

Obtaining a Academic Transcript (Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs)

There is a cost for the documents which can be viewed at the Fees Centre website.
