Dear Graduand,

Re: 2011 Diploma and Foundation Certificate Ceremony

Congratulations on the successful completion of your Diploma program!

The 2011 Diploma and Foundation Certificate Ceremony will be held at the Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club, on Thursday, 5 May 2011, 2:30pm. Graduates who completed their programs at the end of Semester One or Semester Two 2010 and qualified to graduate are invited to attend this ceremony. 

GRADUATION RESPONSE FORM
All Graduates must complete the attached ceremony Response Form and return it to Student Services Office by Friday, 18 March 2011.  Late return of forms may prevent Graduates from attending the graduation. [Download softcopy]

TICKET COLLECTION
Due to the large numbers of Graduates and limited number of seats available, each Graduate is entitled to two (2) guests only at the Ceremony.  Graduates are required to collect the tickets on Wednesday, 4 May 2011 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at The General Inquiry Counter, Student Services Department.  Guests MUST produce their TICKETS to gain admission to the Ceremony.

ACADEMIC REGALIA
Graduates must come dressed with smart attire for the graduation ceremony.  Graduates attending the Certificate Ceremony will be required to wear academic regalia. The Curtin Alumni, Miri Chapter, will organize the rental of the academic regalia on Wednesday, 4 May 2011 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm at the Alumni Office at Bus Terminal (next to RHB ATM Room) and return the hired item(s) in good order right after the ceremony.  Please complete and return the Regalia Hiring Form as enclosed. PHOTOGRAPHY
Typhoon Studio will provide photography service before the Ceremony.  Please complete and return the Photograph Ordering Form enclosed if you wish to use the service. [Download softcopy]

A briefing and rehearsal for the Ceremony will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club, on Thursday, 5 May 2011, at 2:00pm.  Attendance is compulsory for all Graduates who will be attending the Ceremony.  Should you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Bradly Endes at 085-443939 Ext: 4000 or Ms Larry Ayu at 085-443939 Ext: 3862.
