Re: Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations on the successful completion of your programme!

The 2011 Curtin Graduation Ceremony will be held at Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club, on Friday, 6 May 2011, 6.30pm.  Students who have completed their programmes at the end of Semester One or Semester Two 2010 and met all requirements to graduate are invited to attend this Graduation Ceremony.

GRADUATION RESPONSE FORM
All Graduands must complete the attached Graduation Response Form and return it to the Student Services Office by Friday, 18 March 2011.  Late return of forms may prevent Graduands from attending the Graduation Ceremony. Due to the large numbers of Graduands and limited number of seats available, each Graduand is entitled to two (2) guests only at the Ceremony.  Tickets are to be collected at the same time and place as Regalia below. ACADEMIC REGALIA
Graduands must come dressed in smart attire for the Graduation Ceremony.  Graduands attending the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear academic regalia. The Curtin Career & Alumni Services will organise the rental of the academic regalia on Thursday, 5 May 2011, along the walkway at the Bus Terminal (next to RHB ATM/Student Council Office). Please refer to the collection schedule on the Regalia Hiring Form for specific collection time and return the hired item(s) in good order on Friday, 6 May 2011 right after the ceremony. Graduands are also required to complete the Curtin Graduate Survey prior to regalia collection. Please log on to http://SarawakCGS.questionpro.com/. The reference date of the survey is 31 October 2010, so please answer questions with respect to this date.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Typhoon Studio will provide a photography service before the Ceremony.  Please complete and return the Photograph Ordering Form enclosed if you wish to use the service. [Download softcopy]

A briefing and rehearsal for the Ceremony will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club, on Friday 6 May 2011, at 6:00pm.  Attendance is compulsory for all Graduands who will be attending the Ceremony.  Should you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Bradly Endes at 085-443939 Ext: 4000 or Ms Josephine David at 085-443939 Ext: 3867.
