Admission & Enrolment
If you have completed a semester of study and are continuing in the same course at Curtin, you are considered to be a re-enrolling student.
All re-enrolling students are required to complete the Re-enrolment Form.
Re-enrolment/Amendment Forms Re-enrolment/Amendment Forms are available at the Office of the Registrar. All completed forms must be authorized by the respective Course Coordinators and students have to submit the forms to the Office of the Registrar in person for processing.
Do not leave your Re-enrolment/Amendment Form with the School or Course Coordinator for signature or for forwarding to the Office of the Registrar. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all forms are duly submitted to the proper department.
A student who is unable to personally enroll may authorize someone else to act on his/her behalf. A copy of the written authorization letter signed by the student must be attached to the Re-enrolment/Amendment Form.
Enrolment Timelines: If students wish to return to study in the following semester they must re-enrol during the stipulated re-enrolment period (check the Academic Calendar for the exact re-enrolment period). Any re-enrolment forms submitted after the enrolment period will be charged a late penalty fee of RM100.
Confirmation of Enrolment Enrolment Advice shows not only your current enrolment but also the changes you have requested. These enrolment advice also show your name, your contact address, contact number and the title of your course.
To confirm that an enrolment for the next semester is accurate, Foundation students MUST get their Enrolment Advice Slip from the Office of the Registrar within the first 4 weeks of the semester.
For Degree students, you can view your enrolment and print an eEnrolment Advice via your Online Access to Student Information System (OASIS) login. Office of the Registrar will not issue any Enrolment Advice to degree students.
Please check your Enrolment Advice Slip thoroughly; it is your responsibility to ensure that your enrolment is correct. If you discover an error in your enrolment advice slip, immediately contact the Office of the Registrar.
Being incorrectly enrolled may result in you paying fees for these units and receiving fail grades. Please also check that your name, address and phone number is accurate. Do not lose your enrolment advice slip as this serves as a record of your enrolment.
If you are experiencing any difficulties logging in, refer to or contact OASIS Central for support.
