Course of Changes

Students must apply for entry into the new course by submitting a course Re-Enrolment/Amendment Form directly to the

School/Department offering the course where the Director of School will determine the eligibility of the students to change courses.

To safeguard your position within the University, you should re-enrol by the due date in the old course while waiting for the outcome

of your application to change courses.

Where you are given permission to enroll in a different course, you must ENSURE THAT YOU WITHDRAW ALL UNITS FROM THE OLD COURSE. Failure to withdraw will result in you having fee liabilities for units not studied and receiving a fail grade for those units.

The last date to change course is on the Friday after the commencement (last date to add units).
