Census Date
You will often hear the term 'census date' referred to in relation to enrolment. The census date is the date by which you must ensure your enrolment is correct as this is the date your final financial liability is calculated and the date after which you are not permitted to change your enrolment except for withdrawing from a unit. If you withdraw after this date you will still incur the financial liability and the unit will show on your Academic Record with a grade of 'WD' (Withdrawn).
Students who withdraw from a unit after the census date will not be refunded the fees for the unit. For more information, contact the Financial Services Department at 085-44 3881.
