Documentations for Application of Conference Support

To apply for financial support for participation in a conference, the applicant must submit the following documentation to the R&D Office:

Submissions required for support
Application for Conference Attendance Support endorsed by the Head of the Department

A copy of the accepted manuscript of the full paper

Acceptance letter

Referee/reviewer comments

Details of conference

School Research Coordinator's endorsement of oral presentation of the paper

Copy of the published paper uploaded on the SCRIPT database and other supporting documents as per RPI specifications (to be submitted along with expenses claim after the Conference)

For attendance in international conference, evidence of publication/submission/working on submission of paper to a journal

Conference attendance report (to be submitted along with expenses claim after the Conference)

Travel Request Form (Form 6-A), signed by the applicant and the Dean of School
