CRC was originally called CARC from Curtin Riam's days until August 2006, and it was led by Mr Pa' mun.
In September, 2006, its name was officially changed to CRC under Malar Jayaprakash's new, dynamic leadership. Many fun, recreational activities were organized to encourage staff participation in our university life. We even won the LEE KHIM SHIN award.
After 2 years, Mr Azhar Yahya took over the helm, and now HR is taking the lead together with University Life.
The aim of CRC is to promote communication and a spirit of cooperation among all staff and at the same time to promote social interaction of all staff through formal and informal activities. We encourage Curtin members to live a healthy lifestyle and get active.
All Curtin University Sarawak employees are automatically a member of this club and we encourage everyone to participate, even in certain matters whereby
voting is required.
